• Halloween X SCREAM is a scare attraction. • For the safety and comfort of all guests, you should be in good health and free from heart, breathing, back, neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by the attractions environment. • Halloween X SCREAM has been designed to scare and is recommended for visitors over the age of 16. • You should NOT ENTER the attraction if you are an expectant mother, have epilepsy or experience anxiety in enclosed and tight spaces. • For health and safety reasons (due to the topographical features of the Attraction), wheelchairs and other mobility devices are not permitted within the Attraction. • Special effects are used in the attraction such as realistic graphic makeup, flash lighting & smoke effects. • Rhondda Heritage Park, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission to the Attraction, ban from entry to the Attraction, or remove from the Attraction without any right to a refund any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff. • By entering the Attraction, you accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. • Whilst inside the attraction, actors/staff will interact with you. Whilst it is done in a safe and controlled manor, you ARE NOT to touch, use violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour towards any of the actors and/or staff. If any guest in breach of any of these Entry Conditions is a member of a group, then such group of individuals may also, at Rhondda Heritage Park’s discretion, be denied entry or escorted from the Attraction without any right to a refund. • All persons entering the Attraction must pay for admission or hold a valid ticket. • The event is aimed at a 16+ audience – if any under 16s attend, they must be accompanied by an over 18 year old and be prepared for adult content. • Unnecessary noise or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other guests or confusion of any kind is not permitted in any part of the Attraction. Smoking (including of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. • You must wear appropriate clothing and shoes at all times whilst at the Attraction. • The wearing of graphic / horror Halloween costumes is not permitted. • Whilst inside an attraction you are NOT permitted to take photographs and recordings. • The consumption of alcohol is not permitted and those who appear to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted access to the attraction. • We are expecting a large number of visitors to the attraction so there may be a waiting time, we will endeavour to let you access the attraction at the allocated time given, but a queuing system will be in operation
Accessing the Website
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of the Website, to users including those who have who have booked with us.

The user agrees that material downloaded or otherwise accessed through the use of the Website is obtained entirely at the user’s own risk and that the user will be entirely responsible for any resulting damage to software or computer systems and/or any resulting loss of data, even if such loss and damage was reasonably foreseeable and X-Scream had been advised of the possibility of the same.
